Reply with quote | #1 | I'm getting back into Battletech again, after more than a decade, and I was wondering... would the buildable Heroscape terrain work well for Battletech? Are the individual hex pieces large enough to place a mech mini on? What kind of terrain is there and how large of a map can you create? The pieces themselves seem to be the perfect shape, and I thought they might be fun to build maps with. Thanks for any input that you guys can give me. |

Reply with quote | #4 | It works very well. The bad news about it is that you need a very large collection of heroscape to make an interesting battletech map. Blue for water, multiple levels of the same color for hills, woods colors and so on...
I guess it depends on how good you want it to look and how big a map you need.
